Legend Hairdressing Policies


We require a 50% deposit on all bookings which will have to be made at the time of the appointment being booked. If the appointment is moved or cancelled 48 hours or more before your appointment, the deposit will be transferred over to the new booking, or you can have your deposit back. If it is after 48 hours, the deposit is, unfortunately, non-refundable.


If you wish to cancel your appointment with us, we require 48 hours notice. If you do not inform us that you are unable to attend your appointment, you will lose your deposit. This also includes deciding on the day that you no longer want the particular service you’ve booked in for e.g you’re booked in for a colour, cut and blow dry but you decide that you only want a cut and blow dry. You must let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can amend the appointment.

Lateness / Earliness

Due to the recent breakout of COVID-19, we are very limited to how many people we can have in the salon at any one time – only 1 client per stylist with no-one waiting. We please ask that you DO NOT come late to your appointment. We may not be able to continue the service in case it runs into the next client’s appointment time. We also ask that you DO NOT come early to your appointment either. If you are early, you may be asked to wait outside, or in your car, depending on how many people are currently in the salon. Please come to your appointment alone, as we can’t allow anyone waiting.
